Delivery
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. To enable us to investigate any late deliveries we must be notified within 7 days after the expected delivery date. Please ensure you use a safe delivery address at all times. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please note if a parcel is refused or not collected it will be returned to us.
