Gold Japanese Daruma Doll – 15cm

Daruma dolls are associated with a well known Japanese proverb, ‘nana korobi yaoki’, which means, fall down seven times, get up eight.

This Gold Japanese Daruma doll has a rounded shape that allows it to return to its original position even if knocked over, representing persistence and strength. Daruma reminds us all to never, ever give up on our goals throughout life.

This is a gold Japanese Daruma Doll that stands at 15cm tall and is available in 4 different colours.

Traditionally you can set yourself a goal or wish by painting the left eye of the Daruma doll first, and once your goal/wish has been fulfilled you can fill in the right eye to thank the daruma!

•Red- General good luck and fortune, warding off evil spirits
•Gold- Good fortune with money and your finances
•Black- Protecting again bad luck and evil spirits, keep bad health at bay
•White- Passing exams, a fantastic wedding or anniversary gift and purity
